Our Story

Gleen is a garden lounge breathing beneath the trees on the green slopes of Sarıyer. Mornings begin with birdsong and freshly brewed tea; afternoons drift into cocktails made with fresh fruit, and evenings glow under warm rattan lanterns.

We source every product on our tables from its own region. Our kitchen offers handmade desserts, an all-day menu and hospitality that never rushes. Here, time moves a little slower.
